Jessica Smith
Jessica Smith joined our firm in 2012 and is the Personal Assistant to Robert C. Duncan and the managing paralegal in our law practice. Jessica graduated from an accredited State Bar college in 2006 and obtained her Paralegal Certification. Since then she has focused her career on estate planning, estate and trust administration and property transactions.
Jessica acts as a liaison between our clients, staff and outside organizations and is a California Notary Public. In her personal time Jessica enjoys spending time with her children, traveling to new places and reading.
