Rachel Patton, Attorney

Rachel cares deeply about helping families protect themselves and plan for the future. The heartache and injustices she experienced in the legal system spurred her to get involved with the law, and ultimately, to become a lawyer. She has been working with families in estate planning, probate, and trust administration for over 15 years, solving issues and avoiding negative consequences in a variety of situations.

Her studies in psychology, coupled with her law degree, allow her to be insightful and empathetic in handling planning issues and making recommendations. She has studied and worked with individuals all over the world, compared and contrasted both domestic and international laws, studied under Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, and has been a constant advocate for those in her community.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, and being outdoors, particularly with her husband and two rambunctious girls. She and her family are also huge USC fans, and will always give a “Fight On!” to a fellow Trojan.
